In this new miniseries, they’ve been on the job for just a few months, and the Gang is ready to stand up and show what they can do without Harley…and they just might have to, because Harley’s been kidnapped! The Gang’s homes, their loved ones—they’re all in danger from a strange new villain with a very personal grudge against Harley!

Wiliamsburg, Brooklyn: The Gang of Harleys deal with the Hipster Mafia with extreme force. Harley Quinn herself forces the head hipster to drink regular non-organic milk and this makes the rest of the hipsters retreat in horror.

After the fight, Harley Quinn breaks the news to the gang that they are posers, just like the hipsters and whats worse she won't be around forever, so they may have to fend for themselves. Then in true Harley Quinn fashion she uses a port-a-potty and disappears.

The Gang gets a message that Harley Quinn has been kidnap and rush back to their Coney Island headquarters. There with the help of Big Toni, Eggy and Goat Boy, they try to figure out which of the many villains that Harley annoyed may have kidnapped her. This leads them on a wild goose chase around New York City because Harley had in fact kidnapped herself, with the help of Big Toni, Eggy and Goat Boy.

Coach figures this out and informs the gang. They confront Big Toni and he confesses. Just then each of the girls and Harvey get a message on there phone with a live feed to their loved ones. Then a new villain appears on screen, Harley Sinn, has really kidnapped and beaten Harley Quinn and has cameras on the Gang of Harleys' loved ones.
